(一)設立(li)專門(men)的(de)勞(lao)務(wu)分包合同管理機構

  (二)分(fen)析(xi)勞務分(fen)包合同履行條件(jian)

  一(yi)般根據工(gong)程需要會(hui)(hui)在現(xian)場(chang)設置專業(ye)化的(de)管理部(bu)門和人(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)。如果勞(lao)務人(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)的(de)工(gong)作質量(liang)不高或(huo)者工(gong)作進度拖延,則可(ke)能(neng)(neng)會(hui)(hui)影響整體工(gong)作的(de)進度,甚(shen)至會(hui)(hui)影響工(gong)程合(he)同(tong)的(de)履行(xing)結果。針對現(xian)場(chang)各勞(lao)務相關職能(neng)(neng)部(bu)門及管理人(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)的(de)合(he)同(tong)執行(xing)情況,提(ti)(ti)出合(he)同(tong)履行(xing)的(de)意見(jian)和建議等(deng)。提(ti)(ti)高勞(lao)務分包合(he)同(tong)履約(yue)率。


  (三(san))對各種書面文(wen)件及勞務(wu)合同條款的(de)跟蹤與監督


  在勞(lao)務分包合同(tong)履行管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)階段,合同(tong)條款的任何變更(geng),都應由相(xiang)應的管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)人員(yuan)負責,與合同(tong)其(qi)他相(xiang)關的書面文(wen)件,如指令、變更(geng)、請示等,都必須經(jing)合同(tong)管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)人員(yuan)審(shen)查,并記錄。
